13th Jan: Today, DEGI: The Digital Entertainment Group International and the Syndicat de l’Edition Vidéo Numérique (SEVN) have confirmed the return of ‘Les VODays’ for 2025, a category-wide week-long campaign to drive growth and engagement across the ever-growing French digital transactional market featuring a wide range of compelling offers.
From January 13th to January 19th, the campaign will offer French film fans a selection of the latest and greatest movies at amazing prices from Amazon MGM Studios, Paramount Pictures, Pathé Films, SND, Sony Pictures Entertainment France, Universal Pictures Video France & Warner Bros. Participating platforms for January 2025 are Amazon Prime Video, the Apple TV app, ARTE France, CanalVOD, Filmo, VOD from Orange TV, Pathé Home, PremièreMax, Rakuten TV, Videofutur, VIVA & Zeop.
‘Les VODays’ is backed by a nationwide media campaign that includes coverage across Facebook, Instagram and Catch-up TV on TF1+ and M6+, with additional visibility on display advertising across the Google network.
This campaign aims to drive growth in the digital transactional format in France by reaching customers who have yet to experience the ease and simplicity of buying or renting movies. It also encourages existing customers to grow their digital libraries with brilliant, fresh titles through a limited-time promotional offer, allowing French film fans to enjoy their favourite titles over and over again, without the need for a subscription or advertising.
